How billing works
Taxes handled for you: prices are exclusive of VAT, US sales tax, UK-VAT and other transactional taxes. The applicable amount is added at checkout based on your billing address and remitted in your jurisdiction without any work on your side.
Pick your hosting region: choose US or EU at signup. EU workspaces stay on EU-based infrastructure in Germany; US workspaces stay in US-region datacentres. Workspaces don't cross regions without explicit operator action. Full sub-processor list in the Privacy Policy.
Cancel any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Workspace data exportable for 90 days after, then irreversibly deleted.
FAQ
Does the price drop automatically when we grow past a volume threshold?
Yes. Once you cross 10, 25, 50, 100 or 250 seats the volume discount applies to all seats, not just the seats above the threshold. A 25-seat team never pays more in total than a 24-seat team.

What's the difference between Self-Host and Cloud?
Cloud is what's available at launch - we run it on US or EU infrastructure depending on the region you pick at signup, with SLAs and support included in the per-seat price. Self-Host is on the roadmap - same product, deployed by you on your own hardware. Join the Self-host announcement list and we'll let you know the moment it's ready.
What happens when we upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated against the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period - no refund for the already-paid time. Add or remove seats any time; the next invoice reflects the change.
Can we get a refund?
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contract conclusion (with the standard digital-service exception once you've used the workspace). B2B customers - payments are non-refundable pro-rata at cancellation, but service outages over 24 hours and duplicate-charge issues are eligible for goodwill refunds.
Can we pay by invoice / bank transfer?
Annual Cloud Business contracts and Enterprise contracts accept invoice + SEPA bank transfer through our payment partner. Smaller monthly subscriptions are credit-card or SEPA direct debit only. Talk to us at [email protected] if you need a custom billing setup.
